About the Exhibition
The Petrified Garden outdoor exhibit features a curated collection of exceptional petrified wood specimens, several sourced from fossil sites throughout San Bernardino County. Visitors will be able to view these ancient trees up close, with informative displays that explore the science behind the petrification process, the history of the trees, and the ecosystems that existed when they were alive.
