UCCE Workshop: From the Garden to the Kitchen

UCCE workshop showcasing the process from garden cultivation to kitchen preparation of fresh produce.

Kitchen gardens are the best! You can grow some of your own food and herbs and then bring them inside to prepare delicious meals. Learn tips from UCCE San Bernardino County Master Gardeners on how to do refrigeration pickling. UCCE Master Food Preservers will teach you how to pickle food as well as offer free pressure gauge testing. Regular museum admission applies.
