Join us for a full day of family-friendly activities celebrating Earth Day! Make wildflower “seed bombs,” help us break ground on the revitalization of our native plant and ethnobotany gardens, and stay for a two-hour long paper making workshop (ages 15+ only) with plant material. Two paper making workshops are being offered. All activities are the cost of a regular museum admission.
9am-12pm – “Water you Waiting For? Landscaping with Water-Wise Native Plants” is In partnership with the San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District and Inland Empire Resource Conservation District. Help us break ground on the revitalization of our native plant and ethnobotany gardens. Plant seedlings, remove turf, and learn about pollinators and indigenous foodways. Wear comfortable clothes, bring gloves, and your favorite gardening tool!
10am-12pm and 2-4pm – Paper Making Workshops (Ages 15+ only)
