This March\, Victor Valley Museum invites families to take a closer look at the fascinating world of bugs—just in time for Bug Fest. \nFor this month’s Second Saturday\, children will create bug-themed crafts\, inspired by the incredible diversity\, forms\, and behaviors of insects. From pollinators to decomposers\, insects help shape our environment and our history. This activity gently introduces the idea that even the smallest creatures are part of a much larger story—one we all share. \nSecond Saturdays are designed to be relaxed\, welcoming experiences where families can create together\, explore curiosity\, and connect with science and culture in meaningful ways—reminding visitors that their stories live here.

This relaxed\, drop-in activity encourages creativity\, self-expression\, and a sense of belonging—reminding young artists that their stories live here\, too.
