The day will also feature hands-on preparedness demonstrations\, expert speakers\, resources\, and emergency supplies at partner booths. We’ve partnered with many groups throughout the county that will be on hand to get you better prepared for any kind of disaster.\nThe event takes place outdoors in the Museum’s parking lot and is free to all attendees. DESCRIPTION:The San Bernardino County Museum Foundation announces its tenth annual Bucky Ball Gala taking place on the evening of Saturday\, May 17\, 2025.\nThe Foundation is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports the San Bernardino County Museum in Redlands and its branches\, including the Victor Valley Museum in Apple Valley. The fundraising event supports the Museum’s mission of developing appreciation and sparking curiosity in regional cultural arts\, history\, and natural and earth sciences through exhibits and educational programming.\nGuests are encouraged to fill out an interest form if they would like to attend. Tickets will be $150 per person\, $125 for members. A non-member table for ten can be purchased for $1\,500 or $1\,250 for members. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a vibrant celebration of creativity at Victor Valley Museum on Saturday\, July 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Summer Second Saturdays where visitors will have the opportunity to make do-it-yourself homemade kites. Make a kite and watch it fly! Use colorful paper\, drinking straws and other items provided to put together a lightweight work of art and beginner kite that will soar through the sky on a windy day! Regular museum admission applies.
